We are a remote-first, async-always, compute-constrained family. Our San Francisco office overlooks the Pacific. Our Stockholm office overlooks a fjord. Both offices are largely empty because everyone works from the data centre in Nevada, which has better air conditioning than either headquarters.

Your core KPI will be ensuring that the latent space of the Harvey model and the Legora model are culturally compatible. Must be fluent in both American English and Swedish passive-aggression.
Prompt Sommelier
Assisting our top-tier enterprise clients in pairing the perfect system prompt with their high-stakes litigation strategy. Candidates must hold a Level 3 certification from the International Prompt Institute (or equivalent).
Chief Compute Diplomat
You will bypass traditional cloud providers and negotiate directly with sovereign nations for exclusive rights to their hydroelectric grids. Experience with international treaty law preferred.
Human-in-the-Loop Liability Absorber
Must have an active Bar licence and a high tolerance for being personally named in proceedings for things a server rack did. Note: this role does not include dental.
Global Head of AI Containment
Formerly titled "IT Support." Responsibilities have evolved from resetting passwords to physically air-gapping the M&A agent when it autonomously tries to execute hostile takeovers of the firm's catering vendor to "optimise the sandwich supply chain."
Senior Prompt Therapist

Our Labs division is responsible for the products that make our legal customers question their vendor selection process. We are hiring across all active projects.
Director of Dynamic Grid-Surge Pricing
You will set the per-token rate for Partner Panic Hours (2–4 AM) and defend it to general counsel who have just received their first invoice. Must be comfortable with the phrase "market-rate compute pass-through" and saying it without blinking.
Head of Auto-Settle Film Production
Auto-Settle resolves litigation in 4 minutes and 12 seconds. Nobody sees it happen. Your job is to make it cinematic anyway. You will produce 90-second case study videos of settlements that occurred entirely between two servers. Previous experience dramatising spreadsheets is a plus.
Associate Wake Protocol Engineer (IoT)
The "Pls Fix" Translator's IoT framework currently wakes sleeping associates via smart home integrations. You will extend this to hotel rooms, airport lounges, and — in Phase 3 — moving vehicles. Must hold a current IoT certification and have no empathy for people who turn off their phones at 11 PM.
Infinite Column Architect
Legora's Tabular Review generates columns until the reviewing associate achieves enlightenment. You will design the columns that appear after Column 500, when the metadata becomes increasingly philosophical. Recent work includes "Probability this clause was drafted ironically" and "Emotional valence of the semicolon on page 47."
Legacy Mode Authenticity Consultant
Legacy Mode deliberately introduces one [INSERT COMPANY NAME] bracket per document so senior partners feel useful. Your job is to ensure these errors feel authentic. You will study decades of real associate mistakes and curate a library of plausible oversights. A background in method acting is preferred.
