We've sunset seat-based pricing. All compute costs are now passed through at real-time utility rates, because nothing says "enterprise-ready" like billing that fluctuates with the Texas power grid.
How it works
Every Hargora query consumes GPU cycles. Those cycles consume electricity. That electricity is purchased on the spot market at real-time wholesale rates. We pass 100% of this cost to you, plus a 340% "AI Infrastructure Resilience Surcharge" that we are contractually unable to explain.
The result: your monthly Hargora bill will be precisely as unpredictable as the legal matters you're using it for. We consider this thematically appropriate.

Enterprise
For Am Law 100 firms and Fortune 500 legal departments, we offer Hargora Enterprise: a dedicated GPU cluster co-located with your nearest substation. Benefits include priority grid access during Texas heatwaves, a named account manager (AI-generated but very personable), and a contractual promise that we will not auto-settle your matters without sending at least one Slack notification first.
Enterprise pricing is calculated via a proprietary model that factors in your firm's headcount, your opponents' likely Hargora usage, the current price of natural gas in your jurisdiction, and — we're told — the phase of the moon, though engineering insists this last variable was added "as a joke" and "definitely doesn't affect billing."

Can I get a fixed price?
Fixed pricing implies a static relationship with your legal workload. We prefer to think of billing as a living organism that breathes with the market. Also, no.
What happens during Partner Panic Hours?
Between 2:00 and 4:00 AM, pricing enters sealed-bid auction mode. Your firm competes against other panicking partners for compute priority. Personal surge pricing is also available based on heart rate, if your Apple Watch is connected.
Is there a free tier?
Hargora does not believe in free. We believe in "pre-revenue customer acquisition at negative unit economics," which is different because it has more words.
How does this compare to Harvey or Legora pricing?
We are Harvey and Legora. Your two invoices have been merged into one invoice that is somehow larger than both combined. Synergies.
Can I cancel?
The Board of Directors voted 1-4 against allowing cancellations. The motion has been tabled indefinitely. See our Board page for the full voting record.
